Lomax specialises in the fitting out and refurbishment of commercial office space and offers our Clients a single point of responsibility for all elements of a relocation project.

Our Company was established to specifically target smaller projects from 500ft2 to 10,000ft2 in size. From our previous experiences, we believe that this is an area of the market where our larger competitors are either under resourcing or pricing at a premium, yet, to our Clients, these are equally important projects, often being carried out in occupation and/or to a tight timescale.

We believe that by providing a highly experienced, enthusiastic team, working from a lower cost base, we are able to offer our Clients a professional, service-orientated approach at a competitive price.

What can Lomax offer you?

  • We offer a single point of responsibility for all elements of a project; from the space planning and interior design of the floor, through Landlord and Building Control approvals and the construction of the works on site.
  • We specialise in smaller fitting out and refurbishment projects. A number of our Clients are organisations relocating for the first time, either from serviced offices or as a result of a corporate requirement for new London offices.
  • Our Director led approach ensures a continuity of communication and contact from the initial briefing meetings through to the handover of the project.
  • Our after sales service is second to none. A dedicated team of tradesmen are on hand once the project has been completed to carry out any additional work, no matter the size. This is a key element in the amount of repeat business the Company undertakes.
  • Our designs and specifications are always aligned to our Clients budget constraints and we never miss a deadline.
